My Company provided this hotel for my stay in Mumbai as it was near to office in MIDC, Pawane, Thane from 16th Dec to 19 Dec 2025. When I checked in they allotted room on seventh floor. There were lot many mosquitoes as well hot water system for bathing not working. They changed the room as they couldn't rectify hot water system to room 608 at lower level. The situation became worse as this room wifi system was not working and couldn't perform my official task and mosquitoes same as in previous room. The receptionist was not polite and gave mobile number to directly communicate with IT guys for wifi issue. I contacted IT guys Mr. Badri and Yadav but no use inspite of my many requests. They asked my device IP addresses, MaC addresses etc. on WhatsApp and call and didn't come physically to check. I shared screenshots of WiFi speed which was all the time less than 1kbs many times but they were least bothered. My experience was horrible and don't recommend if staying their for official purposes. The staff is totally unprofessional and don't care guests.

Good place to stay , food is good but not more varieties on breakfast ,, proper GST tax invoice will not be provided easily
