The interior of the property was disappointing. Beds were not made and the pillows were very poor. The kitchen was perfect, the living room average, and the toilets were very clean and tidy. The shower space is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend it, but I understand that is a limitation of the property.
The staff welcomed us well, but at checkout I had a negative experience. I asked for 15 minutes to finish my breakfast since checkout time was not yet reached, but the staff insisted on taking the key within 5 minutes. I had to stop eating, pack quickly, and hand it back, which was unpleasant.
The environment outside was excellent with a kids’ play area and a nice buffet.

The entertainment in the club was very poor and the prices were very expensive so the club had no atmosphere because it was virtually empty each night.wont stay again.

Very pleasant park with wonderful views and good facilities - very nice swimming pool - clean and quiet. Handy shop.
Lovely location with the beautiful town of looe only a 30min. pleasant walk away.

The only downside was with being off season which isn’t mentioned on ********** was that the restaurant, bar and entertainment wasn’t open and with limited staff we had to try several times to access the shop as the lovely lady on reception was on her own. The caravans however were lovely and clean and well kept

Nice site, and caravan, clean and tidy. The only downside, the doubke bed in the caravan very uncomfortable, mattress covered in plastic coating so made it very warm and far too soft, didnt sleep well during the stay.
