Disgusting behavior i cancelled my booking and asked for refund, they are continuously saying sir tomorrow sir tomorrow and now its been more than 28 days they are not refunding my money i have all the screenshots of chat with them . Also now they are not picking up my call ...

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at Cygnet Style Tania’s for work purposes, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Our stay was wonderful at your property. We have being welcome by Ms Sumi with a positive gesture & beautiful warm welcome with pleasant smile. Ms Sumi is very polite & welcoming & soft spoken. We visited there last Saturday and stay was so comfortable, we stayed in 509 & 510 which room was good but space was not enough, still we liked the property & location with professional staff so we managed it. Overall we are satisfied with our stay. I must say Ms Sumi was very professional and have that potential towards her work. I must recommend all to visit at this property which is located in a very good location in the centre of the Siliguri city. I will be visiting again at your property very soon. Thank you.

Our stay was good, location is very good, ambiance is ok, rooms we stayed can be more spacious, complimentary drinking water mineral bottle is insufficient with 2 half litre bottle for 24 hours. Must appreciate Aniket and the receptionist from Kaziranga Assam and her other team mates at the reception who were very courteous.
