My recent stay was deeply unsatisfactory due to several issues that were not adequately addressed by the property management. Upon entering my room, I discovered multiple lizards, which created an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment. Furthermore, the bedsheets had visible blood stains, indicating a severe lack of cleanliness. I immediately brought these concerns to the property manager's attention and requested a resolution. Unfortunately, my complaints were met with indifference, and no action was taken to rectify the situation. This lack of responsiveness was extremely disappointing. Adding to the negative experience, the breakfast service was equally poor. Guests were limited to a single dosa, which is an inadequate portion for a morning meal.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.
What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered side by side room with a bypass door as I had my parents staying with me.
I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visi, highly recommended.

Location is near to airport, but no taxi available except the one that arranged by the hotel,that is too expensive. Feels double charged for just one trip. It doesn't provide food.

We stayed here for one night only but the experience was good. Rooms were good & clean as well as the staff was courteous.

非常干净的酒店，靠近机场。有点隐藏在一条小街上。房间非常宽敞和现代。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人，即使在凌晨 4:30，他们也会开车送你去机场，并尽可能提供帮助！

2. Not Well Maintained.
3. No Proper Response for any Service.
4. No Hot Water Facility.
5. Kitchen Tub was leaking.
