Manager refused to honour the online booking agreement and threatened to call the police if we did not pay extra. Room was not clean. Tv did not work. No shower, just a bucket of cold water for a deluxe room. This hotel is not recommended. Please avoid, you have been warned.

The worst experience I have ever had. 1. Hotel refused to honor the price and contract made with the agent Agoda. 2. Thet threatened to make us leave if we did not pay the walkk in price. As i had a child I could not risk not having accommodation as the hotels were full due to a local festival. I was charged and additional 17,000 peso. 3. Dirty room, not cleaned. Dirty sheets. No TV working and no shower. Just a tap and water bucket. Please is infested with ants. Please give this place a miss

房间里没有电视，但设施介绍上说有电视和免费无线网络，实际上并没有。枕头很脏，房间里也没有桌子可以放东西。这是唯一让我们失望的地方，不过空调很好，制冷效果不错，淋浴也正常。
我预订了房间，也收到了确认信息。但我到达时，却找不到任何工作人员。我等了好几分钟，甚至问了外面的人，但没人知道发生了什么。我又回到酒店里面等了几分钟，前台仍然空无一人。我只好离开，另找一家酒店。更糟糕的是，他们有不可取消的政策，而且拒绝退还我的在线支付款项。
强烈不推荐！！这是我订过的最脏的房间。床单不干净，床和枕头上都有头发。前台没人，我根本没法换床单。我到了之后也等了好几分钟，因为没人接待我。
