Very disappointed as an IHG member with my experience. There was a tile that was jutting above the others in the bathroom. When I came out from the shower I caught my toe. It was so painful and turned into a horrible, purple sprain. Very hard to sleep or walk.
My point is the staff was not helpful, did not offer any help to bring ice until I begged very uninterested desk girl who claimed she was the only attendant and I could call a manager in the morning. The motel needs staff customer service training too.
Still hurting days later and was not compensated of my room, brought a free breakfast or cared about at all! I feel this Sanger motel is just about money grubbing!

Staff was freindly and very helpful. My thermostat did not work in my room and when i told the staff, the immediately apologized and gave me a new room. There is a fuzzy taco, pizza hut and jack n the box within 200 feet of the hotel. Breakfast was good. They served powdered eggs, sausage patties and links, biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls. Not bad for a free breakfast. I would say it was a pretty good stay.

Hotel served its purpose, won’t stay again though
First off the over all stay was decent. Not worth the price but the comfort of the bed and how well the place smelled makes a huge difference. But, the breakfast was not good. The pancake maker didn’t work, the gravy was gloopy. Out room was out of soap. And the front desk lady told us “We” needed to tell the cleaning lady when she comes by the next day and gave us just a tiny bar of soap. The wrong kind. All the tile in the room were cracked and our window shade was literally standing in the corner of the room not useable. The price of the hotels these days we should have soap, shades and a good breakfast.

The room smelled like sewer. They didn't address the issue so we checked out a day early. Couldn't stand the sewer smell.

Hallway was humid and hot? The air conditioning did not keep room cold! Rooms very humidity and smelled moldy!
