Room amenities were terrible, flat pillows and stiff springy mattresses. No dressers or closet. No microwave or coffee maker. Lobby had a coffee station, my entire stay there was no coffee or cold coffee morning or night in the lobby. Room floors were not clean, shower pressure was poor but water temp was good. Only one half used roll of toilet paper and a broken shampoo bottle. Will not be staying here again. Looks nice when you come in but it’s poor after that. Also the breakfast offered was poor or not refreshed fast enough

They charged a $25 early check in fee which is ridiculous. The room had a dispenser down in the shower and the lotion dispenser was empty in the bathroom. The worse part is that they did not have ESPN and the FOX network available on TV. We were staying there so we could watch the Fox News network and a game on TV and missed them. The desk clerk could not tell us why the stations were not on tv and finally told us the motel changed packages and went with netfix and that we had to pay to get those stations. I have stayed there a lot but will likely not stay there again. Thanks

The beds were not comfortable, the water pressure was poor, breakfast not stocked properly and the pancake maker didn’t work. Rooms were small. No amenities. I would pick somewhere else next time.

泳池水很冷，没有加热，我从没住过室内泳池水温这么低的酒店。我们选择你们酒店是因为想带孙辈一起来度假，其中一个主要活动就是和他们一起游泳，但这水温实在太冷了。我们聊过的所有客人都注意到了这一点，他们都只能使用加热的按摩浴缸。我通过短信告诉工作人员我的入住体验时，他们回复说这是标准情况，只加热到一定程度。后来我问他们是否能批准我们去他们姐妹酒店的泳池游泳，他们说除非我们住在那里，否则不行。我曾在Quality International酒店业工作了五年，所以很习惯处理这类情况。因为我们要住好几天，我被问到是否需要每天打扫房间，我回答需要。结果第一天没打扫，我不得不去询问，直到下午5点才打扫好。
因为要去普罗沃，所以提前一晚入住了这家酒店。工作人员都非常亲切，让我的住宿体验很舒适。不过，房间里能看到明显的灰尘，而且隔音效果几乎没有，走廊上的说话声听得一清二楚。但即便如此，我仍然觉得这是一家不错的酒店！如果还有机会的话，我还会选择入住！
