I would not stay in this hotel again. No microwave or kettle in the room, had to go all the way down to heat up my food or have a cuppa. Even after getting a request approved for dairy house keeping, it was missed on one day citing staff shortage. The neighbors were noisy and beds were not comfortable, and I had poor sleep on most nights. I would avoid this hotel in future.

Once it was removed, they did clean your room. I will also pass on the information to the brand development team that you would prefer coffee and a microwave in your room. An outlet was non-functioning and loose. Very modern and up-to-date in the remodel. The hotel served our purpose.

Enjoyed our stay!
This is our second stay. First time was for one night. This time we stayed for 5 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. Beds are a tad firm, pillows were amazing. The rooms are slightly smaller but you don’t need much room if the sole purpose is to shower and sleep. Only downside is the room has no dresser. For a longer stay it would be nice instead of getting your clothes out of your suitcase. Breakfast was great! Kids enjoyed watching the pancake machine make their pancakes. Plenty of options fruit, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, breads, eggs, and one meat option daily either sausage, ham or bacon. Indoor pool has nice seating area. Hotel is in walking distance of many great restaurants and Expo Center. Will be staying here again.

We absolutely love this hotel! The service is top notch and the breakfast was wonderful! The only issue is that our room stayed really warm despite us turning the air down. We’ve stayed here before and never had a temperature issue. We would still highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely stay there again!

Very convenient, easily accessible to downtown. Hotel clean and comfortable though room is small for 3 people to share with luggage. Good snack options and breakfast buffet.
