酒店回复: Hi Alfonso,Sorry for any confusion, however your rooms both received light touch housekeeping service except for the days that you had your Do Not Disturb sign up. We tell all of our guests about housekeeping at check in time and it was explained to you that for stays less than 7 nights, our full service cleaning does not automatically happen. You also stayed with us over the holiday and we communicated with you as well that we offered limited service for 2 days. It is important that you educate yourself about the hotel you are staying at and how they perform services. As a focused service extended stay hotel, we do not provide full service unless it is requested when you stay only 4 nights with us, which you actually stayed with us for 5. We also provide our housekeeping schedule and what is offered to you during the check in process and the information is also provided to you in your key packet.

Very much so bathtub was filthy the shower head was rusty as well as bathroom door hinges.
Hotel concierge was awesome as well as housekeeper the overall experience was underwhelming

I double checked your particular room as well, and don't see any rust on the hinges or shower head. So I'm thinking maybe that was another hotel perhaps? Please reach out if you have further comments.

This was our second time to stay here. The bathroom is relatively small and the couch cushions need replacing but for 2 quick nights it was all we needed. The beds and bathroom were clean which is most important to me.
