I thought I paid for an ocean facing private balcony. Instead I got a balcony facing another hotel and overlooking construction work. I thought I got the most deluxe room for the price this was definitely not worth it

It definitely could have been cleaner. There was dirt that has built up on the overhead fan, we did not turn the fan on as we didn't want dirt flying. The bedspread looked like it had a urine stain on it.

The condo itself was okay. We really couldn’t sit out on the balcony due to one of the chairs having a hole in it so 2 of us couldn’t sit in one chair. The bathtub was very slippery and needed a mat down to keep you from falling. No grippers on the shower to hold onto so taking a shower was a challenge. The toilet paper didn’t have a holder so it lived on the back of the toilet. Going down to the beach you had to walk around the whole building carrying all your stuff which made it very difficult. The pool wasn’t working and there wasn’t anywhere to swim other than the ocean. Other than that it was an okay place to stay for the weekend. May not go back there.

I will never stay here again. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, not clean at all, pics online look nothing like they do in person, holes in walls, blankets a like napkins, pillows? Don’t get me started. Walls have stains on them, toilet was practically broken, pee on the base of toilet.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is horrendous we had a terrible experience. Owners never responded and blocked us once we tried to get things sorted out. Place was dirty, moldy, and stinky. A random lady walked in while my wife was sleeping and i was at work. This place was TERRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Generally the condition of the property is in need of repairs and upgrades. We found the door to the sink panel was broken, cold water tap in kitchen sink did not work,toilet seat cover hinge broke, door to the balcony did not lock

They are doing construction on the hotel but I didn’t notice any loud noises when we stayed.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled due to a plumbing problem, without any prior notice. There was no staff available to receive us or provide help, and we were not offered any alternative or solution to reschedule in another hotel. Total lack of professionalism and organization. I don't recommend it.

Nothing is as described, the pool was closed and looks like it hasn’t been opened in a year. The room that we booked was not the room that we got , don’t believe the pictures with the nice gyms and what not they don’t exist either. Basically the entire hotel is under construction. They should disclose this to Potential. Renters. The only positive thing here was at the room was pretty clean.
