Best place to stay in the area that we have found that is close to Feldbach. The concept is great but they have a few issues. The bathroom has a glass wall, it can be covered with the curtain. But, watch out for the glass door. All 3 of us ran into it at least once- every time we hit our head. Seems a bit dangerous. Also lacks privacy. The breakfast that one can order is quite large and the contents are high quality as it comes from their regional grocery. Black tea would be a nice addition as we do not drink coffee. The dialect used throughout their materials and web site is a bad attempt to be cute. We couldn’t understand a word and we speak German. Really off putting. And last but not least - the check in that looks like an ATM. I’m sure it’s very technically forward and saves money. But what a pain for the guests!! The machine requires the ID number and other details. It would be so much easier to provide that information when you book the room. We also had lots of issues because our American credit cards do not have PIN. Oy! And we were cold and wet from the rain. Yes we will stay there again but will make provisions in advance to avoid the problems with check in. Oh yes, we arrived at 2pm. A human would be really nice.
