It’s the second time I’ve stayed there. The staff is extremely professional and beyond courteous. The breakfast is OK. The rooms are a little above OK. Very clean, but yes, small but the staff makes up for everything. Well done.

Air conditioner makes very loud noisy and couldn't sleep all night. Shower floor is very slick. Bumped into bedframe so many times.

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Was there because of a family emergency. Family member passed, tried to cancel one night for a refund but hotel staff refused. ******* did call and did her best to get my refund but hotel wasn’t cooperative at all! Going this weekend with 15 family members but will not be staying at Tru! Very poor customer service

It’s not a 5 star property but top choice amongst others. Lovely staff and good size room with TV. Netflix available which is rare.

Great location for a short stay
I would have given our stay a 5 star, however, the only reason why I didn't was because the bed mattress was a cheap and very hard mattress. Other than that, everything else was great. The woman who checked us in that evening, I want to say her name was Amina, was great. Wonderful customer service and cordial.

从前台小姐姐到客房服务人员都非常友好。我已经住过这家酒店两次了，以后每次来北卡伯灵顿，我都会继续选择这里。所有地方都非常干净，非常感谢你们热情周到的服务，祝大家节日快乐！
