但前台接待人员的态度却截然不同。他们根本不听我们的意见,一意孤行。一个人的态度竟然会影响公司的形象,实在令人遗憾。
建议
房间闻起来像狗尿,铺有地毯,他们应该为那些喜欢宠物的人分配一个没有地毯的楼层,而且由于正常的气味,酒店可能是无烟的三层楼。但我的建议是,地毯已经被弄脏了,所以很坚固。剩下的就是餐厅经理吉列尔莫的优质服务和美味的菜肴!
我们到达的第一天,厕所非常脏,我们发现了一些不是我们的袜子。
我们通知了接待处,但他们没有处理我们的请求。第二天,房间又被打扫得很差。
