The room was very clean and comfortable, great value.
I was a little nervous when I booked because of the price was so low. But much to my surprise it was a great bargain. I will stay here again.

Very basic. Amenities, like soap and shampoo very minimal. No coffee in room and I didn’t actually see any anywhere.

2nd time staying at this location for the Hotter’n Hell weekend taking place in Wichita Falls. Great owner, well managed. Clean quiet and comfortable room. Access to everything including shopping gas food. See yall same time next year as this will be my go to!

CONS: Toilets are very low, hard to sit on, especially if you have any disabilities, If you do, request a Handicap Unit.
Our room had slow drainage in the bathroom sink and Tub.
Breakfast is Skimpy at Best. No Coffee Available After 9am. ..BAH!!! Slow Internet.
As previously stated, Managers will work with you on accommodations.
