Check in was very smooth. I am an older lady with some hearing issues and I had no problem understanding the young lady who checked us in. She was very personable. The room is lovely.

The property is great and we had a lovely stay. I am curious about the $18 credit. You’re supposed to receive for food did not know anything about this.

Beautiful ambience, amenities and great restaurants within the hotel. It’s also a walking distance to the power and light district and the Kaufman center which is a plus. Would definitely stay there again
