I had a nice stay in this hotel. Room was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful, cooperative, polite, and gave prompt service. They served very nice breakfast. Overall a nice experience. One thing they can improve upon is either provide lunch and dinner in house or provide more options for ordering food, especially vegetarian food.

Update : Recently opter this hotel for my 2nd stay, its still the best and nothing has changed over the time, rather it has been improved. Great pleasant stay. Excellent stay, first impression its a wow feeling as soon as you enter in, very easy check-in, room was ready everything including neat bedding, toiletries, kettle, hangers, coffee tea bags etc. We dint really have to reach out for anything, hot water available 24 hours. Overall a great stay.

Room was pretty clean and well maintained. Washroom was particularly good and hygenic. They provided fruits and chips in the room on arrival, which felt very nice. They also have complimentary breakfast and the taste was good. The staff were polite and super helpful. They made sure our stay was comfortable and provided us with support regarding our additional asks. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Satara city and have a seamless and confortable stay.
