Stayed here to be close to Biltmore Estate for our tour the next day. Sad to see the devastation around the hotel from the Hurricane Helene back from September 2024. The hotel is back open after the flooding. The swimming pool will have to be repaired but that’s understandable because they had to get the hotel up and running again. The water came up to the second level which is where the lobby for this hotel is . Robert was very accommodating and replaced the mattress on the pull out couch in our room, as the one we had was terrible .

We have stayed at the hotel many times in the past. The hotel was ravaged by Helene. A year after the storm, no apparent attempt to restore the grounds adjacent to and around the hotel has been made. Weeds were as high as our knees and no grass has been planted or trees. One of the two elevators was not working. We usually exit the side doors using the stairs. After we arrived, someone put stickers on the side doors saying an alarm would sound and not to open. No alarm went off and we continued to use since only one elevator was working and we always used the stairs and exits in the past since they were and are more convenient. The carts to transport our luggage from our car to our room was filthy. The kitchen sink in our room did not drain properly and there was debris at the bottom of the drain that we did not want to try and remove. The carpets in the hallways and room were not clean and look old and worn. The halls and rooms and garage still smell like mildew. The hotel still clearly has a long way to go before it is back to any resemblance of its past self prior to Helene.

I really enjoyed my visit to Home 2 Suites Asheville in Biltmore Village. I'm sure it was in a prime location before hurricane Helene hit, but unfortunately most of the nearby businesses are closed and/or destroyed. The hotel is in great shape, however, and was very clean and comfortable. Great staff that are very friendly and helpful, especially with information on where to dine and local attractions. David at the front desk was awesome! Room was very spacious with great amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Asheville.

This is the first time we stayed at a Home2 Suites. The Hampton Inn, where we usually stay was booked. The room was clean. However the TV did not work and the sole person on duty for the day was not able to fix it. The breakfast was sub-par. We are used to Hilton standards breakfasts and know they are basic, however was below average. Some rubber mini egg hockey pucks sums it up. At the same price as The Hampton Inn, it was not worth the price and will look elsewhere in the future.

Great locations! Just minutes from Biltmore and downtown Asheville. We stayed here for two nights, and downtown was less than ten minutes by car. There are many restaurants and shops located within a short ten-minute walk nearby. The hotel offers some covered parking if you are lucky to arrive early. There is a small, covered terrace where one can sit outside and eat breakfast. If I ever return to Asheville, I will certainly stay here again.

Our 1 king room was great. It was huge. The room had a full size frifge, dishwasher, sink, all the cutlery, dishes you could use. They will even bring you a single burner and frying pan on request. Plenty of storage space, desk top rolls out to wherever you want use it. Comfortable bed, clean and furnished very well. I really appreciate Paul at check-in. He was really friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a list of restaurants close by. The Mexican Cantina only a 10 min walk was excellent. Great location for visiting The Biltmore House.

We had a nice stay. It was quiet for a two night stay over the weekend. The room was large and clean, and we also loved the walk in shower. The location was great for a visit to the Biltmore, too. The breakfast was simple and good enough, and we loved the covered parking. We walked both nights to a restaurant, so overall, we’d recommend this hotel!

The stay was amazing!! Let me first start off with the parking! Spot on!! You go I into the lobby and are greeted with a friendly face that has your room ready and waiting!! The room...OMG...the size was unbelievable! We stayed at a competitor in May 2023 it was half the size of this accommodation!! The staff...friendly and always willing to help. I want to extend a shout out to Paul, David & Charlie. Thank you for being so very courteous and helpful! Charlie extra special thanks for getting my jackets mailed to me so quickly! A couple of hiccups happened, beyond the hotel's control. They were spot on getting it corrected. Well do H2S...well done!!

The pros: good bed, good breakfast The cons: one working elevator, dirty, shower, hair on the blanket in my bed, every towel I picked up had hair all over it, the room temperature control didn’t work.

Upon arrival the front desk associate lied and said he couldn’t check me into both rooms until 3pm because he didn’t have any ready except the one. Went up to my room opened door and smelled like doo pee and cigarettes. Went downstairs and explained my issues and asked for a manager no manager the executive housekeeper came and she went up with me to check out the room and then called downstairs and got another room and that room smelled like the first one so she called got the third room which was fine Also when I went down for breakfast it nothing but frozen sandwich that the meat on it was not done and waffles and I paid $426.++ per room and I had 2 rooms and other family members had rooms totally disappointed
