The owners have created a fantastic product with the Fire Station and provided a great base for our activities around Hokitika incl bike riding and trips to the Glaciers, Hok Gorge and Lake Kaniere. The accomodation is in easy walking distance of everything incl the beach, very well maintained with great support staff who we met.

The property itself could not have been better - easy to find and access after a long day's driving, warm and comfortable.
The surrounds could not have been more disappointing.
We knew from several previous days of disappointment that it was shoulder season on the West Coast, but could you please not pretend that local restaurants are open until 10pm when they laugh at anybody asking for dinner at 8pm.
I mean we had learned by Monday that 10pm clearly was not true, but we foolishly assumed that turning up two hours earlier than the times given in your in-room info might work.
It did not, and nothing about your vastly superior accommodation will induce me to ever again visit a town that clearly doesn't care about anybody other than coach tour groups.

非常超预期，下单后马上就确认了，自助入住办理方便快捷。房间特别大，层高非常高，各种设施齐全，房间干净卫生，环境特别棒，整体超预期，家人都很满意。下次来新西兰，还愿意选择他家。
房间非常干净。我们2025年入住的时候，酒店刚刚翻新过。消防局主题的各种装饰品让我们的入住体验非常有趣。确实独一无二。
房间比较干净整洁，有点意思，沙发床太软塌陷，直接搬床垫地上睡。
厨房无电磁炉，只有微波炉

在令人惊叹的海滨小镇发现了很棒的住宿。这家由消防站改建而成的住宿完全符合我们根据在线信息所预期的一切。我们很幸运在仲夏时节找到了一间空房，物有所值！绝对推荐，以后再来这里还会住这里。
