Room was ok but no inemities. No soap. No condiments for coffee . And they made me put down deposit and still 5 days later haven't received it back .

We were told to leave because someone needed help to move their things. My husband refused and the hotel told 2 seniors with disability to leave. Not professional at all.

Nice view from my floor,I was on the 4th,a little more spacious than I thought it would be, walking the 4 floors because the elevator was out halfway through my stay ,not fun and the person before me owned a pet they left some pet hair behind as a reminder, not a fan...

There is a Walmart (open 6am-11pm) that is an 8 minute walk. I'm disabled and had no issues with my walker. Maria the GM was fantastic. Rama has outstanding customer service skills, she is always polite.
Overall a very nice property. Housekeeping was very available it seemed daily. The rooms with kitchenette was nice, large sink, microwave and full size fridge. My stay was two weeks, waiting for my condo to be ready.

With all that we had to put up with for this stay, we are very surprised at the small amount of compensation offered.
1. No luggage carts
2. No ice
3. No washing machines
4. Mold in the bathroom
5. Broken bed frame
6. Broken stairs, very dangerous!
7. Upon departing, there was no elevator and we were on the fourth floor and had to use partially repaired staircase with cement pieces lying all over,
(we have pictures of all this)

A lot of shopping options... If that's what you're there for. I was blown away by how disgusting the rooms are. I would upload pix but I can't see an option to do so. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Do not stay at this motel. They demanded a $75 damage deposit and I said I had never heard of that from a motel before, even much nicer ones. Here it is 5 days later and we have not received it back. So my husband called and they said it would be another week. What if he hadn't called? This is a SCAM! We will be keeping an eye on our checking account and writing to corporate if we can find a number.

Facility needs upgrades. Doors and windows need to be properly sealed/weather-stripping. Paint chips/stained tub. Mouse came in. Furnature is old. No cleaning/service during my stay.
Room had a fridge and microwave which was great!
Front desk staff were nice.
