My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful mini-vacation here! The bathroom was downright luxurious - though shared, which did make for some uncertainty - and the breakfast was delicious.
Overall, we had a very relaxing time staying there, everything felt clean and organized, and the property and surrounding areas were gorgeous. Very much recommend!

Was and amazing experience everything is amazing, the bed is very comfortable, the view outside i stunning, the rooms have everything you need the decoration are very personal.
Breakfast was incredible, I asked for and early breakfast and the made me a breakfast to go. Was incredible. Exced my expectations. I will definitely come back.

could use more exterior lights. i arrived after sunset and the driveway was quite dark and inviting.
During daytime it is very quiet and tranquil
also, the bathroom is shared by other residents so that's kind of odd.
all in all it's a good place to find rest

It is a tricky balance with light pollution in a rural country setting. It is possible that one of the other guests turned off some of the lights, but we generally leave all the outdoor lights on until the wee hours of the morning.The room you booked is very clearly indicated as sharing a bathroom with another guest room. This is actually a common practice at small bed and breakfasts. It is one of the reasons the room you booked is the least expensive of the three rooms we offer.We are glad that overall you enjoyed your stay with us and we hope your travels bring you back our way soon.All the best!

Tailwinds is the model of a B&B. The hosts, Janet and Trevor, provide stellar comfort, amenities, and service. It’s a beautiful property, with a lot of places to relax and chill. Tailwinds is a short walk to Hillsburgh and the locals are friendly! We’ll definitely be back!
