I didn’t want to write anything more about this weird host but the comment that I saw he wrote, doesn't match the truth. Well, the pictures show how dirty was around. About him saying they told me they have general cleaning even this is a big lie, I was sleeping when the girl woke me up they needed to clean curtains and if I was okay about it. How it’s possible you have a customer and you are cleaning the female room until maybe 11:30 PM 😒 well another part about booking, I made a mistake (we are humans and all of us make mistakes) and I booked the hotel 5 days from 3/8 instead of 4/9 I send the email to reception and they confirmed my booking what I asked for apart of an email I called them the guy answered me and said okay no problem. When I entered the hostel it was 5 so they straight up with a rude attitude and told me, my stay was from 3 to 8, I said I called you and sent you the email and why you were rejected Now they said no it’s how you booked on the platform. You are not a human little man about my badger yes I’m sooooo pure please help me (PS such a appeal is a big insult and bullying) 🙏🙏 Your attitude showed who’s pure between us you didn’t make your promise, when it comes to 6 USD and instead of making the customer happy who informed you about her booking mistake and traveled first time in Vietnam showed rudeness and no respect.Your answer said everything from your personality and hospitality I have nothing else to say. Apart from the dirty hostel, you have 0 attitudes with customers. Well one more I'm a travel advisor and I give reviews of everything I'm visiting please learn how to take a note, correct is and make it work. Thank you
就这个价格来说，还可以了。大概率下次还会过来住。前台是俄罗斯妹子，每次都很热情。整个青旅是独栋，离湖很近

这是我住过最差的旅社。我入住的时候房间特别脏，我投诉后他们才叫人来打扫，但还是不尽如人意。浴室也很脏，厕所小到根本转不开身。早餐我都没敢吃，看到那样脏乱的环境，我什么都不想碰。服务态度也很糟糕。浴室里没有洗漱用品，你得自备香皂洗发水。所有服务都要收费，要用储物柜得付钱，要用洗衣机也得付钱。

第一次体验青旅，独自一人跨年的经历非常独特。酒店位置独特，离西湖超近，房间干净整洁且安全。老板英语超级好也很热情，整体带给我非常棒的体验。住完第一天又果断续了一晚，还是很推荐的！

老板英语很好，很有耐心地解决了问题，没有让人觉得不耐烦。
问题是摩托车停在了住宅区内。这个问题Trip.com（在线平台）上写错了。酒店里有明文规定，而且不是临时改的，是以前就有的规定。如果能解释清楚是信息有误，然后说句抱歉，事情就解决了。但当时气氛不太好，我问他们我是否可以在网上反映这个问题。
后来，那位女老板，或者说是老板娘，叫住我问“Korean？”然后用英语单词解释“私人”和“公共”的区别，这算什么呢？酒店里的停车场难道不是公共的，而是私人的吗？哈哈。
我感觉处理方式非常重要。这本来不是什么大事，完全可以轻松解决的。
即便如此，我还是给了好评。我不想被看作是“丑陋的韩国人”。

这是我第一次来河内，选择了住在这里。这家青旅非常棒，也很安静。它位于西湖区（Tay Ho），离老城区有点远，但打车（Grab）或者坐公交出行都很方便。酒店很干净，员工也非常热情。强烈推荐给大家，尤其是独自旅行的朋友们。😊🥰
太棒了！安全措施也很好，令人满意。
这家青旅离老城区有点远（比我在地图上估计的要远）。不过，有一趟去机场的公交车在附近有停靠站。
工作人员不是很友好，退房时甚至有点粗鲁，而且早餐也迟迟不上。入住时，也没人告诉我房间位置或设施，虽然这些也不难找。倒是有一长串规定，包括一大笔现金押金，还有各种违规罚款。
总的来说，住一晚的话，性价比还不错。设施很干净，楼也挺好看的。六人间的宿舍很宽敞，不过床垫又硬又薄，而且完全没有地方放行李。所有床位都有隐私帘，但下铺的帘子因为上铺的梯子，拉不严实。
我觉得这家酒店价格实惠，地理位置也很好。但就是有点冷。
我在这家友好的旅社住了一个月。工作人员很有礼貌，早餐美味，氛围也很居家。卫生间和淋浴间都很干净。旅社所在的房子本身，就像普罗旺斯的法式乡村别墅一样。前台有位亲切的女士，无论白天还是晚上，都会随时为你提供帮助，无论是关于旅社生活的问题，还是帮你了解河内的情况。就像我之前提到的，旅社每天早上在大堂提供美味的早餐——早餐非常丰盛，你绝对不会饿肚子。此外，你还可以要求他们为你准备午餐或晚餐，也可以使用酒吧。除了餐饮，旅社还提供洗衣服务，你可以租用摩托车或自行车，还可以预订河内及周边地区的各种旅行团。我参加了旅社组织的河内一日游，对一切都很满意，也对这座城市有了更多的了解。总的来说，这家旅社非常适合短期和长期住宿——无论是地理位置、服务，还是诱人的价格都非常棒。我会把它推荐给我的朋友和熟人。
