I do not have much to say but this is probably the worst welcoming experience I’ve ever had in a hospitality establishment in Cameroon. The check-in attendant, your very first contact with a hotel, was the most unprofessional, unfriendly, unwelcoming person I’ve ever met. Although the room was alright, there were cockroaches in the kitchen area. I feel really bad for the owners of that property because you can see they have tried to give « some » quality, but obviously upkeep and personnel seem to be an issue. I would definitely or recommend this property considering that there are more and more choices for apartment hotels in Douala.
