This was one of the most horrible experiences i have ever had! First of all rooms were disgusting and in a sketchy basement area. Lot's of dust, dead spiders on thr walls, alive spiders underneath the mattress, no net, no fan, old furniture to the point where you are like inside of a dead ship, ants on the mattress, holes on the door so mosquitos are guaranteed of a feast, no hot water, stains on the towel and ripped pillows. DISGUSTING! I would say the sheets looked clean (ants aside) but with the scenario around it? I can only imagine... The worst part is that I tried to reason with the owner and wanted a better room or at least my money back but he was so so so rude! I was trying to help him improve his own service but he didn't care the least. In the end he actually told me in the rudest way possible to get out. I will never but ever try this "guest house" again.. and neither should other people. At least until it gets a make over and a proper manager.

因为房间租金便宜，所以我没抱太大期望。房东热情友好，乐于助人。
很高兴离水边这么近。不过，由于我选的是最便宜的房间，所以房间内部光线昏暗，而且位于底层。我真希望当时能多花点钱，住个楼层更高、带阳台、可以俯瞰湖景的房间。地理位置确实完美。房东非常友好热情，英语说得很好，也能听懂英语。
房间非常简陋，设施也很基础，不太干净，我们不得不自己清洁桌子和马桶座圈，不过阳台的景色很棒。前台提供免费饮用水。
我们和酒店经理在摩托车租赁方面遇到了很大的麻烦。摩托车很旧，而且我们租的摩托车在晚上抛锚了。当时离酒店很远。我们打电话给经理，他只是说我们需要找个修理工，然后就挂断了电话。因为我们不会说印尼语，所以感觉很糟糕，幸好有很多当地人帮忙。后来经理不愿意过来。我们自己支付了摩托车的修理费。他们只收钱，遇到问题却不提供服务，我们强烈不推荐这家旅馆的摩托车租赁服务！
