I had the most awful experience at this hotel. The location was the only positive of my stay while my husband was in hospital. The room was acceptable although could do with a good clean, the aircon was covered in dust as was the bathroom vent, both of which I had to clean. The shower was mouldy & the screen unusable. There was a spa & dishwasher also unusable. The white blanket on the bed was stained & needed to be washed before I could use it. The worst was after checking out I received a text saying that I had damaged the bath & my card was charged $200 & I would need to pay for all repairs. AT NO TIME DID I CAUSE ANY DAMAGE. After many abusive phone calls & after said damage was reviewed by a repairer my deposit was returned. What was already a stressful experience became a nightmare. Be sure to document any pre-existing issues at check in.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel has an excellent location, close to everything restaurants, shops, and main attractions are just a short walk away The view is beautiful, and the apartment is very clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, a complete kitchen, all utensils, air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed

The sedgeboook staff are excellent. We stayed in room 427 and it was brilliant. Clean, light and spacious. We ended up staying on 3 occasions and were equally delighted each time. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well equipped. It is just a nice place to stay
