JUST NOT RELAXING. Don’t bank on a sleep in. Not the place to be if you don’t have kids. Kids everywhere, running through your sites, yelling screaming no sh!ts given, but they’re having a great time. If you’re after a quiet relaxing holiday destination look elsewhere. Wasn’t expecting this outside of school holiday period. On a positive it has good security, ammenities are tidy. Summary: If u don’t have kids DON’T just DON’T come here, if u do this is the park to entertain your kids.

The caravan park is fine, but very busy. We had a poor experience with a phone receptionist. We had a medical appointment, and I rang to see if we could check in about an hour early, to save us trying to find a park near the doctors big enough for our car and caravan. The receptionist was unhelpful and very inflexible. She said we might be able to check in early, but she couldn't guarantee that. Then told me we could leave our van across the road in an unmonitored general car park, (no designated caravan parks there). Then she told me we could book the site for the previous night, even though we were not going to be in Adelaide to use it. We have been using the cabins and caravan sites for over 20 years but that is the last time. We will not be back.
