I have recently stayed in ginger Vadapalani , room no 503 , it was a great experience from the F&B department , specially Miss Shreya Das and ms. Shalini, was so hard-working, smiley and customer oriented, except the front office and housekeeping team their hospitality also very good , but I just want to highlight the rooms condition, and the amenities are not up to the mark as per the brand, please check on it, but nice location,

Fantastic stay with pleasent condition... Well behaved of Hotek people specially Ashutosh, Sunita, Ranjeet, Albern....Very well descipline in behaviour and nice hosoatakity.... I felt that they are just as a friend.

Reviews are mostly written by guests under pressure from the management. I stayed on the third floor in a room which was unclean till the moment i arrived. The room was full of mosquitoes and even after promising to provide a coil, management failed to do so. The bed sheets and pillow covers are dirty with stains. Cockroaches are common under the bed. Have to wait for 5 mins in order to receive hot water. Only positive point is the food at breakfast.

被褥很脏,床垫弹簧老旧,睡得腰疼。员工服务周到,但酒店整体不尽如人意。注意:连接无线网络需要额外付费。
总体来说,这次旅行很不错。如果您想要一些私人空间,不想总是被打扰,那么这里很适合您。酒店位置靠近T.Nagar和Vijaya Forum购物中心,出行比较方便。唯一的缺点是酒店正对着一条主干道,双向都有掉头路段,所以可能会比较拥堵。
提前入住和延迟退房都需要额外收费。房间还算不错。客房清洁服务是每两天一次。您需要主动提出任何需求,例如加水、补充洗漱用品等等。
Qmin餐厅的食物一般。自助餐在整个入住期间都比较普通。经理对客人很关心。
马桶冲水功能坏了,第二天修好了。
不过住宿体验不错,谢谢。
