没有热水。肯定已经这样一段时间了，因为电梯里贴着告示，教人如何在洗完“凉水”澡后领取干净的毛巾。
这是我第二次入住这家酒店，我非常喜欢它的清洁度和非常好的客户服务。

Twice before I checked out housekeeping was knocking on the door like they couldn't wait for me to go. The bathroom could have been more clean.
Nice staff, clean room and free breakfast made this the perfect stop for our 18 hour drive home.
Perfect one night stay. Clean, easy, friendly. Good breakfast and nice they have a fitness room
Room was great. Staff very helpful. We found a couple of small bugs—insects— in the room.
Stay was good until fire alarm went off. Pipe broke and we had to be relocated to another hotel
Hotel staff was very helpful and relocated us. Hotel could use some updating.
At 2 am my room was flooded and we had to leave. How do I get refund from you. The fire alarm went off and it never stopped.
