太糟糕了，房间里充满着潮湿的气味，床很脏，上面有头发，我去找前台的女孩要干净的床单，我会换的，但清洁女工告诉我她会做的，她陪我去了房间，把床单放在床上就走了，然后告诉我她要去另一个房间，很快就会回来，这花了很长时间，最后我才穿上床单，40 分钟后她出现了，当时陪同我们的另一对夫妇办理了入住手续，过了一会儿，我们吃完早餐正要离开，他们把一些东西忘在了房间的冰箱里，我们看到一名员工空手而归，于是我们决定去寻找他们忘记的东西，可悲的是，这名员工收拾床时，床单还是用过的，而且没有带清洁车，这时我们才意识到为什么我们的房间很脏，他们没有像应该的那样打扫房间。

我和孩子们在这里住了一晚，我们没有任何抱怨。我预订时的所有要求都得到了满足（抵达前空调开到最高温度、浴室提供额外毛巾以及住在底层）。入住和退房手续快捷友好，没有任何问题。床很舒服，浴室/淋浴也达到了标准。
入住后，我们去了隔壁的Tom's Burgers餐厅吃饭，我们强烈推荐这家餐厅作为午餐/晚餐的地点。服务很棒，食物也很棒！
考虑到我们在房间里待的时间，从经济角度来看，这绝对是最划算的选择。
完美体验四强赛。
这晚住宿很短，价格也合理。周围很干净，房间也一样。房间里的气味很好闻，前台非常友好热情。今晚还会再住这里。虽然比较旧，但维护得很好，我感觉非常安全。
我们在这里住过好几次了。感觉就像和朋友住在一起一样，因为每个人都很友善。酒店位置远离城市的喧嚣，但15分钟就能到达市中心。早餐很美味，房间也很舒适。

地板很黏，关掉空调后很滑。看到一只小蟑螂在卫生间里爬。梳妆台后面有垃圾。床很舒服，也很干净。我的孩子们很想去游泳池，但游泳池关门了。卫生间需要翻新一下。早餐很一般。
这是我住过的最快捷、最热情好客的酒店之一！工作人员服务迅速、乐于助人、态度亲切。作为一个经常旅行的人，我多年来体验过各种服务，无论是最好的还是最差的，这里的团队服务堪比威斯汀、洲际和其他五星级酒店。免费早餐也很不错，有我妻子和孩子们都爱吃的德州风味华夫饼，还有新鲜的咖啡可以搭配其他餐点。下次来圣安东尼奥，我一定会再住这里！
差点五星
床太硬了，我妈妈醒来后背疼。枕头本来可以换成全尺寸的。冲马桶的时候噪音很大。房间干净宽敞，这对我妈妈很有帮助，因为她91岁了，行动不便。夜班工作人员非常友好。他居然从我的卡车上帮我拿了妈妈的轮椅，推到我们的房间。他是第一个这么好的人。我从来没有遇到过其他汽车旅馆/酒店的员工帮助我。

按照你们的规定，我报名了3个大人或者小孩，小孩不接受我，他们告诉我这是平台的事情，他们总是做同样的事情，他们收了我25美元，部分早餐很贵。不好而且超级有限，我知道这是一家低星级酒店，但你提供的已经满足了
