很少给所住酒店打满分，但是这家酒店必须给满分！无论位置、卫生、室内设施、服务都无可挑剔。虽然坐落于闹市东京站，但是房间很安静，而且也听不到别的房间任何动静，这是我住过的很多日本酒店都达不到的。房间有厨房的简单设施，餐具很卫生，贴上了已消毒标志。
整个住宿体验都非常棒。房间布置得雅致又不失品味，墙上的艺术品低调而优雅，让人感觉就像在家里一样舒适。交通便利，让出行变得非常轻松，每天在外活动一整天后，能回到奥克伍德（Oakwood）真是件令人放松的事情。
特别好的入住体验！赶了一天的路，晚上到了酒店办入住，前台非常贴心的给升级了房间，详尽介绍了酒店的一些服务和设施。公寓内部应有尽有，空间也很大，生活非常便利，地理位置也很优越，就在东京站口。下次来还会选择住在这里，希望酒店能越来越好。

酒店很棒，地理位置也很方便。但最大的问题是，无论是我们的旅行社接送人员，还是当地导游都找不到它。酒店没有明确的指示说明如何到达，招牌也很难找。导航系统会把你带到另一家完全不同的酒店。结果我们又花了一个小时找它，还得靠谷歌搜索。在经历了两段漫长的飞行后，这真是太令人不适了。
设施：很齐全，但不是非常的新
环境：位置很好，在东京站出来，但是需要在一楼联系6楼前台才能上去
卫生：没有问题，非常清洁
服务：非常好 帮忙定餐厅
一些不足的地方，我觉得早饭没有特别好吃，我觉得这个价格的话，我宁可去订四星的或者虎之门吧
位置就在最繁忙的地铁站出来100米吧，非常方便。房间里面有灶台、有洗衣机、有餐具，亲子家庭太方便了。而且所有用的东西品质都很好，包括淋浴花洒，有喷雾模式。很不错的酒店
在这个酒店住了7晚，是东京美好印象的重要组成部分。
位置核心且便利：酒店在东京站八重洲北口，交通特别便利，尤其是楼下就是一个大巴站，从羽田机场买票到东京八重洲北（铁钢大厦）直达。去东京桥和银座都步行可达。
房间设施：房间带厨房，有全套锅具、餐具，入住时橱柜都贴着一次性的已消毒标签，使用起来特别放心。还有带烘干功能的洗衣机，两三天洗一次衣服，干干净净的，送的小包装洗衣液除菌除臭功能优秀，立马淘宝下单买回家。
房间属于东京比较大的，公寓设施一应俱全，地理位置超级好，中央站出来150米，大丸就在旁边，出行很方便。
早上滴滴国际的车居然爽约（一定不要用滴滴国际版）， 随后前台很nice帮我们拿行李下楼并陪同等车，送上车，一切都很tender，以后就选它。
房间味道很大. 入住当天说了很臭. 然后进屋的解决方式是喷香水. 之后接受不了 想退房又不让. 于是给换房间. 都住了好几天了. 解决方式真的差劲.
