We regret to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to respond with clarification.Regarding language service, we would like to respectfully clarify that our front office team provides service primarily in English and Thai, which is clearly stated in our hotel information. While we always aim to assist international guests professionally, Chinese-language service is not guaranteed at this time.With respect to the room size and in-room amenities, all details—including room dimensions, layout, and standard amenities—are clearly presented on our official website and booking platforms prior to reservation. Our rooms are maintained according to the hotel’s standard setup as advertised. We understand that design preferences and expectations may vary, but the facilities provided are consistent with the information disclosed at the time of booking.Regarding occupancy and additional charges, your reservation was confirmed for two persons, and only two guests were registered at check-in. It was later identified that three persons, including one guest over the age of 14, were staying in the room. In accordance with our hotel policy, an additional charge of 900 THB per night applies for an extra person or extra bed. This policy, along with the non-refundable booking condition, is clearly stated in the booking terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of reservation. As such, early check-out is not eligible for a refund.We regret to hear about the noise disturbance you experienced during the night. While we strive to maintain a comfortable and quiet environment for all guests, we apologize if this affected your stay and will continue to reinforce our internal procedures to minimize such issues.We acknowledge that hotel standards and expectations may differ by country and brand, and we are sorry that your experience did not align with your expectations.
