I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn! The room was clean and spacious. It’s right by the Pecanland Mall, various restaurants, and the highway, but it’s not noisy at all.
The hotel has a great selection of hot breakfast. I would definitely recommend it!!

Everything was amazing! I can’t wait to come back in February for my wedding. I would love to have the wonderful breakfast you’ll normally would have. Grits, potatoes, eggs, etc!

I made a mistake in the booking date. I was booking two separate rooms in this hotel August 29 for a funeral. After booking the first, I booked a second for my mother and somehow the date changed on the non-refundable reservation. When we showed up for the rooms, I discovered the mistake, but the property tried to help and couldn’t cancel/change the second reservation and neither could I. I had to get another room for that night. I live in San Antonio, so I had no use for the room in Monroe in November. I will be unlikely to book the non-refundable rate and will watch the app reverting back to different dates. The price of the room was a significant amount of money for my family. Expensive mistake.

The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great! The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. We really appreciated that!

The last two stays were effected by ongoing construction projects. No hot water on first stay and no tv on the last stay. All i got was apolgies and little to no action. Cut my last visit due to the tv issue. I paid a top rate and they couldn't deliver the tv service, so i checked out.

Appreciative of not making bed since I usually brings my personal blankets and pillow cases
Towels and trash emptied each day

We stay at this hotel every time we come to Monroe. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Would recommended this hotel to anyone.
