Find amenities but lacked hospitality and info
We were not told about the breakfast hours at check in (or the checkout time), and there was no info on that in the room. Turns out breakfast ended at 9:30 so we missed it.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express a number of times now — because it never disappoints. It is very clean, rooms are comfortable and well planned, and the staff is nice.

We were so impressed with this site from the minute we walked in the door and looked around and that opinion only grew more positive during our stay. We consider it the best hotel/motel we've stayed in after many years of trips across much of the eastern and southern US. An added gift was that every staff member we met or observed was terrific and helpful. A great place to stay.

Room was outstanding, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. Five star all the way!!!

We had a nice one night stay along the route of our road trip. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we slept well. The room was comfortable and the breakfast had enough options. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer, as one of our kids spilled all over themselves right before we arrived at the hotel. It was close to the highway, which allowed us a quick start to our remaining drive in the morning.

Went to the pool. Checked the rules for the pool. It said no glass bottles. Ok fine. Took alcohol beverage in can. Got harassed by an employee about having it down there. I told her the rules dis not state no alcohol. She said its not on the rule board but its a hotel rule. What the heck?
IHG统一管理的原因吧，房间干净没有异味，床品雪白，消毒水用了不少。味道蛮重的。所以很干净。
