A great place to stay, was in the city but a quiet area within walking distance to the more busy area. The only negative was the parking situation. It's not the closest and if you have a lot of luggage it is tough to carry it into the hotel.

I stayed to attend a wedding at a venue nearby and loved the location and accessibility to shopping and dining. At check in I was told to call down before 9:00 am for housekeeping, which I did after the first day being there. The front desk said yes, of course, but I came back after a whole day of wedding activities to my room in the same state I left it. I also called for more toilet paper but they made it seem difficult to get it to my room then asked me if I could come down and get it, which I did. When I got off the elevator the young man at the front desk said, here can you catch it, proceeded to throw it at me and it had no cover over it, so basically just an open roll of toilet paper and he threw it in front of guests checking in. Not as professional as I had hoped, but overall the stay was decent and the breakfast was good.

There was a box fan set up in my room on a table when I arrived. There was also nobody at the desk throughout the evening, while I was there. Felt pretty unsafe

I stayed there for one night parking in their guest parking, woke up in the morning with my window, shattered my car robbed in about six other cars in the same parking lot all with shattered windows. Went to go ask how they can help me because I did park on their guest parking lot and they have cameras somewhat around the area, but they said they cannot help me and set me off.

Unfortunately we had a room on first floor and there was a gathering in the lobby ( seemed like a party) until 2 am and the noise felt like it was in our room.

Good hotel for a business stay in downtown Kansas City. Nothing fancy but comfortable and spacious rooms, breakfast, and great and helpful service from front desk folks. Gym is just okay, that is only area that would be more in the "3" range.

We booked a king and were given two queens. Then the room was right next to the lobby and elevator so we heard very loud, constant noises. Unfortunately this was not a very good night of sleep.

Staff was great, room was nice big issue is our window in our room looked out to the hallway of the hotel. Tons of people looking through the window and stuff was really weird.
