There wasn't any hot running water Saturday after letting the the water run for 20 mins. Which is super frustrating as someone who was walking in the cold novemeber weather and being on my feet all day. Also our door never shut that you had to force the door shut everytime.

Staff is nice, and amenities are decent but parking is off site so walking in the cold wasn’t fun, also some parts of the room are not great like the shower head being broke, the clicker to choose bath or shower being broke and the blinds in the bathroom being broke.

Lovely room and breakfast was amazing and filling!!! They change it up so it’s not the same every morning. Rooms r big and spacious

The room was large with comfortable beds and nice linens. Only issue was with the breakfast and breakfast area. Utensils were empty, food trays were empty, counters and tables were messy. New staff, maybe? Issues were taken care of quickly when reminded.

The young man working the desk on Oct. 24 & 25 was very helpful! He went out of his way to make sure my stay was excellent.
He even recommended a great restaurant (Mildred's) to get lunch at while they were preparing my room.

Front desk staff were not knowledgeable about the parking situation. There is no free parking in the area, the hotel charges $16 to park but they have street parking that cost me $5 after I figured it out on my own. The room was very clean except the bathroom vanity was dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. The curtain was off the track a bit, so it let in the light from on the side of the building ALL NIGHT. The wheelchair accessible bathroom did not have a bench so made it inaccessible to my wheelchair bound child. All of those things, plus not having free handicapped parking will prevent us from staying again.

A great place to stay, was in the city but a quiet area within walking distance to the more busy area. The only negative was the parking situation. It's not the closest and if you have a lot of luggage it is tough to carry it into the hotel.
