Stayed for one night. Enterance difficult to find. Parking and check in adequate. Staff was pleasant. Renovations are happening but it did not disrupt our stay. Rooms were clean. Breakfast available was adequate. The reason for 3 stars was the sketchy location and people hovering outside the property. Sketchy people inside the hotel as well. Felt unsafe when we arrived late at night. People hanging out around the parking lot were loud. Appears to have people that tend to be outside hanging out at 2am walking around the hotel and adjacent properties. Worried about our car, but they do have a security guard walking around. Not sure if all the activity outside was people staying there or homeless. Hotel gave me vibes of a place people from the streets use to get off the streets for a few nights. We saw some sketchy residents in the halls and residents opening windows to talk to people in the parking lot at 2:00am. In the future I will pay more to stay at a better hotel that feels safer.

Fantastic hotel amd very good value for money. The room was very large and had excellent amenities. The breakfast was very good as well. We would stay here again for sure.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our king bed suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable. A perfect place to rest after a hike in the North Cascades National Park. Extremely reasonable pricing as well.

The overall stay was fine. The room was large. The shower was massive. The kind bed was very cozy. But the overall cleanliness was incredibly disappointing & uncomfortable. The bed aheets were dirty. There was sticky pink stuff aprayed on the door, the wall, the light switches. The ice bucket was sticky and had dirt on the lid. And there was mold all over the shower/tub/sink. I paid the upgrade for the jetted tub and couldnt use it. There was pink water rust and black mold in the jets. The tub liner was all ripped on the edges. Very disappointing for the price of the room.
