The negative aspects of your stay, especially the long check-in time, are being directly addressed and you should expect to see them rectified if you choose to stay with us again. We do have a list of the closest restaurants to our property at the desk, again I apologize for that information not being shared. Please try us again.

之前住过这里。工作人员总是笑容满面，服务周到。我们去KISS演唱会现场很方便，步行10分钟就到演出场地。我有两个不满之处：1）床太软了——个人喜好问题；2）希望酒店能有个超市，卖些零食和瓶装水/汽水，因为演唱会结束后酒吧就关门了。除此之外，住宿体验很棒！
酒店的水管爆了，他们甚至都没发邮件通知我。把我送到了离目的地很远的新酒店。两天后才给我发了一封邮件，说不会收取取消费。非常感谢。
我住酒店的时候，酒吧和餐厅都关门了，因为一楼的空调坏了。我等了很久才办理入住，实际上是晚饭后才回来办理的。因为酒店位于市中心，停车位很紧张，而且很难找到，因为所有停车都需要下载市政府提供的应用程序。所有付款都是在线支付。停车场里没有人。酒店步行范围内没有真正的餐厅。
礼宾部/前台的Judy（？）热情地迎接了我，让我办理了入住。房间和浴室都设计精美，家具齐全，而且干净整洁。负责客房清洁的年轻先生彬彬有礼，在我需要备用手巾时也乐于助人。真是一个愉快的周末住宿体验。点赞！
我的房间温度高达74华氏度（约23摄氏度），我被困在浴室里，因为一扇沉重的推拉门脱轨了。网速太慢，我不得不用自己的手机热点，而且工作人员似乎对我的抱怨置之不理。还是另找地方住吧……
