The room and hotel were beautiful! The staff was very kind and helpful! Its right on the lake with great walking trail. There were alot of restaurant options within walking distance! Will definitely go back!

Every staff member we had interaction with went above and beyond! We would definitely return! We had a small issue with our A/C, but they quickly sent someone from maintenance to handle it.

We were in room 1209 and the elevator shaft noise was very bothersome. Called front desk to check & no one showed up. This was unexpected of a luxury hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, however, the physical hotel needs a drastic overhaul. It’s evident that many areas are not maintained. The A/C in our room also didn’t work that well.

这里有超棒的泳池，满足你所有需求，而且近在咫尺。
距离机场和达拉斯市中心都只有30分钟路程，如果你有车的话，我建议不要选择这家酒店。
我在套房住了 6 天 5 晚。房间足够宽敞，但清洁工作不够完美。酒店的餐厅非常好吃。
