I would like to convey my appreciation for our three-night stay at Ginger Hotel Patna, room number 507. I cannot overstate the comfort of the accommodation in terms of its cosiness, cleanliness, and the well-maintained and fully outfitted rooms, notwithstanding the absence of a smart TV in the room. Upon our arrival, the reception staff provided exceptional assistance, facilitating both early check-in and late checkout. We extend our sincere gratitude to Nikhil, Khushi, and Zaishan for their professionalism. I must also acknowledge the restaurant personnel (Raj Kiran, Vikram, and Sunny) for their attentive service, consistently responding to all requests with warmth and promptness. The breakfast buffet offered a delectable array of options that varied daily. Our sincere appreciation is extended to the housekeeping staff for their diligent work in maintaining the rooms' cleanliness and freshness daily, which contributed to a welcoming atmosphere akin to home. We would like to advise that anyone planning to visit this site be kind and appreciative of their surroundings. Show some respect and civic sense when it comes to noise, as conversing loudly in the corridor can disturb others. Overall, I am of the opinion that our stay was enjoyable and seamless.

I stayed two night at the hotel as I could not find place in one of the better hotels in the city in the election season. I booked through the Tata app, which was smooth as was the check in. I had booked their large room with a city view, but all I got was a view of the next building, until I moved to one corner of the window to get a glimpse of the road. The advantage is the location, as central as it can be in Patna. The room was large but the furniture needs an upgrade. I had to get the upholstered chairs changed because the arms were absolutely dirty and worn out. The plastic chair next to writing desk was badly stained and bed linen needed replacement asap. The glass water bottle wasn’t very be lean. Service in the restaurant during breakfast was woefully slow and the menu was a bit strange — poori and daal as a combo! Since it’s a budget hotel, the expectations can’t be very high.
