The front office Rajeev and security guard refused to get auto for a female guest . Kept saying go go road and get it. Very poor service to Indian guests. I have seen them serving foreign guests well

Was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the hotel, the rooms were clean and service was impeccable. The hotel location is right at the center of the market place with both the beaches at 15 mins drive. However was disappointed with the food. Overall enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel in the area, clean, reliable, with its own restaurant. Beware of Mosquito and ensure that you have mosquito repellent and protection. The location can be a bit noisy at night due to the location. Staff is very nice and always ready to help.

Cool and calm place. Location is near to market and near to residential area. Food quality n quantity good. all amenities provided are good. Overall worth it.

The stay at express inn boisar is pleasant. The rooms and service are good. The only suggestion is to have more variety of food available in all day dining menu. Regards
