Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. Food options were good and location was close to our daughters school. The only thing was the bathroom shower had an open concept which is very pretty but the wall was too short with no door and the whole floor got drenched and for the price you have street parking or pay for the garage. Wish they just included the garage parking.

人手不足，人员配备不当。收银台有个人不知所措——我不怪她，怪管理层。洗衣机坏了，也没有维修人员来帮忙。空调的单位是摄氏度。这不符合我对万豪酒店的期望，也不符合我作为万豪会员的期望。
一些小问题
百叶窗没有完全关闭，淋浴在我使用的温度下有敲击声，而且我无法连接互联网，前台只是告诉我继续尝试，但没有提供进一步的帮助。
淋浴间的地板坡度很差，排水不畅，积水几乎堵在了淋浴边缘的顶部。电视屏幕中间有两个光点（灯光）。房间本身很干净，瓷砖、地毯和卫浴设施都很不错。如果能修好排水管和电视就更好了。
房间很干净。酒店整体很安静。我们熟悉这片区域，这里地理位置很棒。附近有很多吃饭喝酒的地方。
地理位置优越，附近没有咖啡馆，也没有其他选择。接待人员在各方面都不热情接待。房间很大，床很舒服。
