The rooms were both clean , the staff was very courteous, the breakfast was not much , no proteins, only carbs ...cereal, cold biscuits , waffles thats your choices

Room was fine. However, sounds from adjacent rooms were excessive. TV too loud in one adjacent room, front desk took care of problem. The other adjacent room had a loud snoring person. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

room was clean. front staff very nice and efficient. breakfast was basic but ok. do not see how a room can be labeled accessible for showers when you have to climb into a tub to get to the shower. yes, there were hand hold bars but very difficult to get in and out of - and no way for a wheelchair! not that we use a chair but still....

Room was OK, average condition and furnishings. Bathroom was a whole different level. Mold and dirt throughout the tile, baseboards and tub surround. Pictures available.

Room was rough, door was not plum - top latch would not latch, big gap between frame and door - could see into hallway. Nail sticking out of frame "holding frame in".

The staff in registration is not well trained. She charge me again in the other room. She said that I only reserved one room in *******. So she charge me and when I ask the other staff, said that I should wait for the manager at 9am the following day. When the time come. The manager don't even bother to meet me and they say they will call that day but o call and no update. I don't know if they refund the money.

Staff were very pleasant. Would have liked eggs of some sort for breakfast or maybe peanut butter. A protein source besides sausage gravy. Real half&half for coffee would be nice too. Bathroom could use caulking. Mold starting around tub. Refrigerator in room was excellent!
