I liked the roomy, modern room and bathroom arrangement. The table lamps by the bed had convenient USB and C plug in opportunities. The microwave, refrigerator and coffee supplies were clean and easily accessible. The bathroom could use some countertop area for personal makeup and items, but the bath and shower were excellent.

The room location was handy, the room was very clean!
Breakfast was minimal and the area was was uncomfortable-having to sit where people were checking out in the morning.
Also, the price of our stay was more than what we paid for a Holiday Inn Express in another city and not as nice!

No elevator was a bit weird and room had a bit of a smoke tinge to it despite booking non-smoking.

The cover plate on wall where the AC unit was plugged into the receptacle *was not there. That shouldn't be dismissed as a necessity, and the main light switch entering the room ..essecentially the "would be main light fixture for the room" doesn't exist, just an old switch with no function anymore. The only lighting was the bathroom light and the 2 end table lamps on the side of the headboard. I shouldn't have to leave a light on next to the bed so i can safely enter and exit the room. The renovation is so far wonderful but not yet completed, and still rooms are being rented out and it didn't seem proper or courteous.

Staff was great, bed was comfy, and the location was perfect. You can find anything you need just across the street.
Only thing that was a hassle, was that the bathroom door was hard to close all of the way without making a super loud noise. It was rubbing on the newly remodeled flooring. Room 218.
