Everything was wonderful, including the breakfast buffet, the location & the comfortable rooms and beds. But what is most impressive is the fine people working there—accommodating and professional—and making sure I was happy & had everything I need. Thank you all!!

Was double charged for room and they would not work with me for a refund. Was dishonest about the charge. Now having to dispute a charge.

The room was perfect and quiet and clean. The hotel wasn’t super booked so we were able to check in early and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I’ve stayed here before and will again.

非常好的房间，我觉得中西部要比东部划算得多，推荐。奥马哈是个很慢节奏的地方，可以多住几晚，慢慢走 慢慢看
房间很宽敞，旁边就有多家餐厅，汉堡店，日料店，小超市都有。前台很友好。如果7点前离店，可以要求提前打包早餐。前台区域有免费热水，咖啡和茶包。叫Uber也很方便，到CHI中心，Uber开车约15分钟，去机场也就20分钟，十分方便。
总体来说还可以。
卫生间稍微小了一点，穿衣服时容易碰到放毛巾的铁架子。
前台服务很好，房间干净整洁。
