I booked the king suite with jacuzzi tub. The cold water was actually the hot and vice versa, which no big deal once I realized. However when the room next to me was using their bathtub it was very loud through the wall. Also the whole hotel smells like Axe body spray. It isclean tho and the bed comfy.

Staff yelling at guests, toilet plugged up and was made to plunge ourselves (they did give us a plunger to use), at breakfast they started cleaning up before the time it was to close. Was told not to bring breakfast food up to room, we have a special needs family member who has social anxiety when eating, and the floors were not very even (tiles pulling up in bathroom)

We paid a lot extra for this jetted tub feature. Husband got injured from the intake on the tub. It was sharp, broken and the suction ****** him in and left a HUGE mark and just about a wound. I reported this to staff and showed him the photo of the injury and he simply said he “would tell maintenance”. If this was an elderly person or weak person they would have been severely injured! Due to this and insufficient working heat in bedroom with jetted tub we only used it once. We paid for 2 days and had to pay $49 for late check it after all of this.

The hotel was under renovation and had a terrible odor I am sure is from a leaking roof. The problem is are trying to cover up with cleaner smell. I realize management is really trying to renovate but they should really close for this. I alerted staff there was a leak in our room which caused a big puddle on our floor during the night. The staff was very kind upon check in and I realize they are doing the best they can.

Nice hotel staff. Clean and spacious room (but heat wasn’t working). Cute indoor pool. Breakfast was immaculate, good variety. Elevators. Easy right near highway. Quiet. Comfy bed and pillows. 10/10 would stay again.

Although they had a good variety of offering, everything seem just frozen food. Theo offered 3 dry cereals and people seemed to like the make your own waffles. The fresh food didn’t seem ver fresh.

The staff were absolutely wonderful from front desk to breakfast. The room was clean and beds were comfortable however, the hotel is very run down and in much need of total room renovations. Torn curtains, broken closet, bathroom door wouldn’t close completely.
