A bit disappointed
Check-in was great. Check-in clerk was very accommodating. Price was inexpensive for the area. Parking was sufficient. Bad: i expected a lot more from a Red Roof Inn. Floors we cracked and had some give. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Bathroom needs an overhaul. Towels and bedding did not match. Beds were not well made.

Pros = no hassle parking and beds were made
Cons= Live Roaches‼️
not swept nor mopped, Dirty purple towel left in desk chair, dirty comforter left balled up on the safe, shower curtain was dirty, no soap, light above sink didn't work, no accommodation for the presence of roaches like a discount or room change smh..
Overall needs Quality Inspection after housekeeping fake cleans..

Beds were made but food, and a bug were found once sheet was pulled back. Food on the floor. The AC works great though, staff is friendly. Would’ve had a good stay if it weren’t for the food in the bed.

The customer service was good. But I was told I could not have anyone visit me at my room. The first room was very unclean. But once I told front desk they immediately switch my room for a more clean one. But it's convenient to places to eat as well as grocery stores. I would recommend for an over night stay are someone who's there for constract work. Not business.

It was filthy, smelled like mold, the bathroom trim had mold and was literally falling off the wall. “Breakfast” was a joke, small boxes of cereal and bagged white bread. The front desk host acted like you were a complete hassle to her when checking in. THEN she gave our room (with a key card) to the guests behind us! To top if off I think it’s a place where Grinder people “hook up”!! I saw some sketchy things. Leave it at that…

Not again
The facility is in a "shady" area of town and I was concerned about security in parking lot. I would not stay there again.
