I was there for 4 nights and 2 of those nights my room was not refreshed and i had to call and have someone come in the evening. It was mildly inconvenient because i needed to leave the room while they refreshed it. But otherwise it was a great stay.

My only gripe is that I had requested a room with 1 king bed but got a room with 2 queen beds instead. The room was big and had a great view. There were a few scratches on the doors, and the AC was noisy.
Location is perfect- attached to the Country Music Hall of Fame and 2 blocks from Broadway
The lobby bar and Kitchen restaurant were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Property was easy walking distance to Broadway for the bars and shopping.
Breakfast on site was pricey.
Convenient valet parking.
Rooms were clean and staff were nice.

The Omni is a very nice, clean hotel with a variety of choices for meals and refreshments. The staff members were more than hospitable. I would stay at the Omni Hotel again.

This hotel was really nice and clean. Right in the heart of downtown Nashville, close to everything from food to museums and sporting arenas. If you’re a titans fan, the stadium is about a 10 minute walk.
酒店很漂亮，位置也极佳。大堂酒吧很棒，Bongo Java咖啡馆也很好，餐厅更是美味。前台工作人员非常出色。不过我们没能享受到漂亮的泳池，因为里面大概有80个人，根本没有地方坐！这可是我们选择欧姆尼酒店的原因之一。但即便如此，我还是会再次入住的。
贵得离谱，加上各种费用和税费，在普利司通竞技场对面住一晚竟然要600美元。下午4点到店办理入住，选择代客泊车（唯一选择）……第二天早上10点退房。18小时以内的代客泊车价格：110美元……总价710美元，就为了方便的地理位置和停车位……感觉有点被占了便宜……不过，没错，这里确实干净、安全、方便。
