Yes, the room was clean & everything in order. Spectacular view of downtown Nashville. The hotel lobby is giving all of the amenities you would want. I know most hotels don't do bedspreads anymore, but I would appreciate them coming back. 4stars

We loved everything but the lack of vegan options . I specially asked if there were some and was told yes. That wasn’t the case . Room service the only vegan option was a fruit bowl :/. The restaurants barcode in the room noted there was an impossible burger at barlines and after we sat down the waitress said oh no that menu isn’t good… we got up and left and found options elsewhere . That is my only negative . Staff amazing , clean, friendly , great location

Rude staff at check in, elevators were down, air conditioning did not work in the room. We have stayed at the Omni many times and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had there. I was very disappointed.

The hotel was beautiful.
The staff was very nice.
The only issue was our initial room the tub was clogged and filled up with water.
The manager Oxie was super nice and helpful and moved our room. Unfortunately, our new beautiful room had the same problem with the bathroom sink clogged and filled up with water. They must have a drainage issue.
Beside that, it was very nice

I was very disappointed with the noise in the room. Our room was on the 15th floor. I noticed a mechanical sound that constantly went on and off. It really bothered my sleep.I called about it and the engineers came up and said that this was from the elevator bank below. there was an equipment room directly below our room. they offered to mover us if we wanted. I would have if we weren't already halfway through our trip.

My friend and I felt so incredibly special from the moment we arrived. We laughed, celebrated, and enjoyed every minute — from our amazing dinner at Bob’s Steak & Chop House (where the bartender made the best espresso martinis ever!) to exploring downtown and finding the hidden gem Baja Taco — their tacos and queso are 🔥🔥!
It was a weekend filled with love, laughter, and gratitude. Thank you, Claire and the wonderful Omni Nashville staff, for turning a milestone into a memory I’ll treasure forever. 💕
酒店很漂亮，位置也极佳。大堂酒吧很棒，Bongo Java咖啡馆也很好，餐厅更是美味。前台工作人员非常出色。不过我们没能享受到漂亮的泳池，因为里面大概有80个人，根本没有地方坐！这可是我们选择欧姆尼酒店的原因之一。但即便如此，我还是会再次入住的。
