Everything was great until a very aggressive security guard knocked at my door at 2am. Threatening to call the police if I didn't open the door. I called the front desk and she said it was a noise complaint however, I was in bed. That wasn't explained by the security officer. He was upset bc i did not open the door.

The property is very nice and I think a solid value for the price. Parking is extremely expensive but it is a pretty convenient and efficient system. The staff overall was very mediocre and their enthusiasm for the job did not match the ambiance of the space. Overall I would stay there again if given the option but just can’t give it a 10 because of the staff.

Internet was fine for streaming movies, although I did upgrade the speed I was not charged since I joined the rewards club. The property seems old … older TV’s, few USB ports and no USB-C ports.

Wonderful hotel
The hotel was very clean. Staff were kind and accommodating.
For awareness when visiting... Meal options at the hotel are limited on the weekend, especially on Sunday and Holidays.

I expected more for the price of the room per night. Parking was not included with the stay, it's $35 a night for self park and $40 a night for valet that's not a part of the hotel. There was major water damage to the window in our room at some point and instead of the trim being fixed properly it was just painted over. The ac unit that was in the wall never satisfied so it never turned off and was very noisy. Also found dried blood on the sheets the day we checked out that was not ours.

I left an important item at the hotel. Ms. Deborah made sure that I got my item. I tried to give her a ministry gift and she declined. I want to say thank you to her and that the Omni should know what an asset that she is. I am forever greatful.

The high up room had a fabulous view and was classy and well appointed- good black out curtains
Great shower. I will definitely book another King in higher floors here again!

这次入住体验不太满意。房间外面很吵。不知道是门关着还是怎么的。每次大约5分钟，来回响了3次。客房服务人员还来把我装满零食的袋子扔掉了。
窗边有袜子，可能是以前的客人留下的。
