Rooms are clean but walls are paper thin,can hear all conversations from other room.

The ice machine on our floor did not work. Charging for WIFI is a no no. I can go to the local cafe and get it for free.
Was not informed about parking. Cost me 35.00 a day. Not happy!! No coffee in the lobby, how cheap can you get.

Room was spotless and very clean, staff was polite and helpful, view was great, and everything was in walking distance of the hotel. This will probably be my go to hotel when I visit Richmond in the future.

The room was very clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the indoor pool—it was a great feature. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a hot tub, as that would have made the experience even better. Overall, a good stay and I’d consider coming back.

Bed sheets didn’t smell fresh and housekeeping didn’t come even though we did not opt out of housekeeping for the charity. Bath tub was old fashion. I’ve never stayed in an omni with a bathtub. I’m use to walk in showers. The tub was dirty as well. Paid premium Wi-Fi price $15 per day was inferior and lagging with gaming. Valet parking was outside and car came back dirty with passenger seat settings changed which was strange and unexplainable unless someone was in the passenger seat; which should not have happened. On top of the price being $40 per night. Air conditioning, even though the thermostat said 62 degree, was not working well and both night were hot and unpleasant. Staff was nice and pleasant.
