The suite was huge, well-stocked and comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance to lots of nice restaurant options. The $45 valet-only parking fee seems steep, but there is really no other overnight parking in Avon.

Room was current and spotless. Most of all the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The font desk to the valets were all excellent.

The staff were great. I would like to thank Francisco for his wonderful valet service. He went above and beyond to take care of us which made us welcome. Thank you!

Comfortable suite that checked all our boxes!
Stayed in a 2-bedroom Presidential suite. It was lovely…Huge, clean, kitchen well appointed, washer/dryer,
2 separate bedrooms, 1 with bath en-suite, nice balcony with great Mountain View. Staff was friendly & responsive to our needs. Black out curtains & shades were excellent. Liked having 2 temperature control stations! Shower in the king room was very “lux” with extra water jets. We enjoyed one evening in the very large indoor Jacuzzi. Overall, a very nice “get-away” place to celebrate a milestone birthday!

We have stayed here several times; The rooms are great for families and the location is good all around. It is a little more pricey, but usually worth it for the elevated experience.
This is the first time we have encountered an issue during our stay and the staff essentially told us to pound sand.
The guests above us were stomping around so hard there was dust from the light fixtures falling onto the counter and into our food. We told the front desk, they said they would look into it, and we heard nothing. The next day, the same thing happened (starting at 6 in the morning..), we told the staff again.. they told us if it happened during their "quiet hours" they could step in.
I honestly was ready to check out early and find a different place to stay. I am absolutely fine with every one enjoying their vacation to the fullest, but if the staff wasn't going to speak to the guests above us they should have offered to move our room or something.
I emailed the manager after our departure and his response included "Just so that you are aware, my staff did investigate, and they did not hear anything." We literally have videos of it..
Anyways.. such a bummer. This was somewhere we stayed a few times a year, but I doubt we will return.

We stayed for a ski weekend with friends in a presidential suite. The condo felt very spacious and luxurious. We loved the fireplace, balcony, full kitchen, high ceilings, and layout (rooms were on opposite sides of the living room/kitchen. What was best was the free hot cocoa/cider/coffees, the game room, which our kids LOVED after skiing all day, and the spa-like hot tub with a massage waterfall. If you’re skiing at Beaver Creek Resort, you can’t beat the convenience of this place - the free Avon ski shuttle picks up right in front of the Wyndham and drops off at BC base lifts. Perfect choice all around and worth every penny!
