The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was larger than I expected. The entire facility was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. A Love's station just across the interstate with great gas prices. A large mall with plenty of food options just one exit south. Only a few minutes to get there by car.

I did a pre-check in at 4 o’clock. Got to the hotel at 4:15. The room have not even been clean so I have to wait another 2 1/2 hour to check into my room. I don’t understand what is the purpose of pre checking in if I can’t even get into the room. On top of that, the manager was very rude so disappointed in customer service.

We stay here at least four times a year when in town to visit family. The staff and property is excellent. The breakfast bar is the best of anywhere I have stayed. I highly recommend

Everything was exceptional. Although our room, 207, had an extremely noisy HVAC system that would wake us up from a sound sleep. The system seemed to be making a loud banging noise.

We had great service coming in, the male that checked us in was very friendly and quick at getting us set up. Our room was nice and perfect for the four of us. Only downfall was we were all really looking forward to swimming. Room was full of kids which mostly seemed unsupervised. No places left to sit and the water was freezing. Being an indoor pool we were hoping to at least a warmish pool. It was downright cold. My kids even refused to swim after 5 minutes. Only downfall. Place was nice.

Room was okay but the front staff was uninviting not friendly and I called for trash bags for the trash they emptied and didn’t replace and no one ever came. The bartender lady was Phenomenal she gave a local place to visit and it was a 10/10. The happy hour wasn’t like any Embassy I’ve been too it was very weak. Embassy

建议酒店配备安保团队来处理客人的投诉，因为前台员工显然没有时间或权限提供协助。我被另一位客人侮辱和冒犯，酒店既没有采取任何措施，也没有提出任何帮助建议，完全不体恤我当时情绪有多么激动。相反，我却被迫离开，然后因为在酒店外等待未成年子女下来而被捕，仅仅因为我按了门铃再次寻求协助，希望有人护送他们直到他们离开大楼。夜班前台工作人员谎报说我试图重新进入大楼，但我从未尝试过，只是按了门铃就回到了车里。我的孩子们被这场噩梦吓哭了。
