The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Just a note about the accessible room we stayed in - there was a bar in the shower but not by the toilet. This may be a problem for some travelers with limited mobility.

The room (entire hotel) was very clean and staff was great. My only issue was lack of blankets. Hampton was out of blankets, Homewood told me they would send one up but it never came. The breakfast was ok, line for waffles was so long I stood there 45 minutes waiting to get 1 waffle Service was horrible. Coffee was good and fresh!

A very nice hotel but half way through the stay the water stopped working in the building.

酒店回复: We are sorry for the water issue, unfortunately there was a big main break on our street and the city without informing us turned off our water to fix it. We simply had no control over the situation.

Our room was not serviced at all, we did not have our do not disturb door hanger on. We were there for four nights, it was far too long to go with no room service.
The parking deck is confusing and everything is labeled very poorly. The front desk has conflicting info to the signage on the kiosk in the deck as you leave.

Very difficult hotel to find. Very spacious room with a great view and comfortable bed, but the bathroom door wouldn't close and the towels were frayed, showing its age.
