I want to thank all staff members for their kindness and assistance during our stay. The eating area was clean and the free breakfast was more than I expected. I wish I could @remember

It is very noisy in this area with heavy, close, semi traffic. It’s in a great location if you’re wanting to tour Lancaster Co. Beds were very comfortable. Poor lighting in the rooms so bring a light for makeup. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels. Stained outdated carpet in the rooms.

Breakfast needs improvement. No jelly, not sure why, out of stock or not re-supplied. Was told the toaster wasn't working well.... ??? Made out, however. :-)

I rented an efficiency room. I called the Tuesday before we went down to verify that we had booked the efficiency room with the cooktop so I could cook in the room because I have a health issue. She looked at the reservation. She said it was just came through. Yes I had rented an efficiency room I would be able to cook in my room. But it has no pots and pants. I went downstairs and talked to the man at the desk who was on the phone for an extended amount of time when he finally got off the phone he started to answer the another phone call with me. Still standing there over 15 minutes I told him if he answered that phone it was not gonna be good cause that wasn’t fair me standing here waiting. I asked him about the pots and pans he said no we don’t supply pots and pans you can go and buy some or did you bring your own? No I did not bring my own because I was not aware that I needed to and no, I’m not gonna go buy more pots and pans when I have new pots and pans at home. Then he said well he could move me to another room and they could see if they have pots and pans in there. I told him I needed him to call his supervisor cause every time I’d say something he’d start laughing very disrespectful. The supervisor said they do not have pots and pans and they haven’t since Covid people kept stealing them. Then another worker came up and she said they never had pots and pants. So I’m not sure what the truth is there. I did end up getting my money back but I’m 6 hours away! Horrible
我通常会担心预订那些连锁酒店里“档次较低”的酒店。然而，这次我冒了个险，因为评价很好，事实证明我很庆幸自己这样做了。这是一家没有过多花哨设施的酒店，但我们的房间非常干净，维护得很好。房间里有充足的电源插座，方便给各种设备充电。正如一些评论中提到的，墙壁确实有点薄，但毕竟这是酒店，不是私人住宅。早餐也一样简单朴实，但非常美味且令人满意。
房间太冷温度上不来，咨询前台是“nothing i can do”, 被子上有血迹，让换干净的说只有最后一张，送来的被子如图，被子上红的黄的紫的都有。离要去的农场和Lancaster集市开车需要20分钟，交通不方便。
我和我先生在这里庆祝我们结婚25周年，我们感到无比幸福。抵达时，我们感受到的服务和热情的问候都非常棒。工作人员和我们聊天，就像认识我们多年一样，这让我们的住宿体验非常值得。每次我们出门或回来，他们都会主动和我们打招呼，甚至会问我们玩得怎么样。房间很干净，设施状况也很好。我们入住时有充足的毛巾和纸巾。整个酒店设施都非常干净，早餐也很美味。我强烈推荐这家酒店给那些寻求宾至如归体验的人。我们还会再来的！
